Not sure anymore when I'll finally be satisfied with the last of the three long projects I call (for some reason) the big three, but maybe I'll never really be satisfied with it.

In other less mopey dopey news:

I'm reworking a song I did last year called: Staring Up From Hell

The original had some paulstretched sfx which might not be in the updated version (if it is, I'm thinking of "pixelizing" or ya-know, compressing it so it would sound like something you could possibly hear on a 16 bit console). The main updates for it will be 3 new complementary sound channels for a more textured listening experience.

I  may not be able to upload the last of the "big 3," just yet, because the percussion sounded a bit off after I listened to it alone (as in there's no reverb where there needs to be), so I'll spend more time on that bit. 

In the mean time I finished work on one of my extra side projects. It wasn't too draining on me, as it's just a simple "video game" song that required less focus on volume difference (maybe a bit on articulation), so it wasn't something I had to stress all over. 

I'll be uploading the first song of the year either today or tomorrow.

Here's something of a breakdown of the upcoming song, with (innapropriately?) named "movements." 

I'm sure I could go on in more detail, but II might confuse myself beside confusing anyone spending their time reading This.

Anyways, I did slight editing to the sound and will try fixing anything that pops up, before finally uploading the last piece to the the long overdue project.

Seriously. 

Currently, I'm in the process of mixing and  sound editing for the last of my three long term song projects, but before that, I'd like to mention that I myself, heard some "pops" in the last work that I uploaded. Far as I can tell, this is either due to the file size, since I seemed to only really have the issue when testing the sound on a borrowed iPad. However, as far as I know, the file is intact. Downloading  and then listening to the mp3 file should get rid of that issue.(and yes I won't lose sleep over the file getting deleted if you didn't like it, though feedback is always a good thing)

Alright, back to the project

By the end of this year, or at the very least, at the start of next, I should be finished with the last of the mentioned, "Big Three." I'm trying to work with volume (loud and soft portions in this case), on a 15+ minute song, alongside with making sure the texture (how everything sounds when played together), is "just right," in the words of Little Red Riding Hood.

Was trying to make "teaser" posts for upcoming song themes, but I probably should stop and be blunt. I'm slowly but surely working on 3 to 6 songs (might scrap certain ones if I think the final results sound like poo) as of now. Currently fighting against the computer's sound since it's trying to mess up the mixing if that makes any sense.

In response to the meaningless post. There is a point, whether acknowledged or not. When given the option to live, there's meaning to be made despite loss

The song A Life in C Major still shows up as 23, 28 or whatever seconds for me, but I've yet to see anyone else complain, so I'm going to guess it's only happening for me. As for the download itself, I see that it remains at the right time in terms of song length. I'll leave it all to that, because I suck at "news postmaking"

Today I uploaded what I thought was over 3 minutes of something I clearly described in the said upload's description. NOPE. I fudged up and forgot to check what file I was using; I uploaded a crappy 28 second thingy which had nothing to do with the song I intended on providing. I don't know if this bothers anyone else, but it really bother me and without further ado, I've replaced the crappy file with the not so crappy file for you all to hear. 

Edit: Going to check on it tomorrow and see if things work themselves out, otherwise I'll have to figure things out. Too tired for this right now.
